The promotion of 2025 Frito Lay Win Rewards (“Promo”) is organized by Pepsi-Cola Far East Trade Dev. Co., Inc., a corporation duly organized and existing under Philippine law, with principal office at 33/F Zuellig Building, Makati Avenue Corner Paseo de Roxas, Brgy. Urdaneta, Makati City, Philippines 1225, referred to herein as the (“Organizer”). The Promotion is administered by TLC Marketing Worldwide (Singapore) Pte Ltd, a company duly organized and existing under the laws of Singapore (UEN: 201923399W) 1 Harbour Front Ave, Keppel Bay Tower, #05-02 Singapore 098632, referred to herein as the (“Administrator”). All correspondence regarding this Promotion should be directed to this address or through the Promotional Helpline set out in Section E. By participating in this Promo, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of the Organizer for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.
Please note that while the Organizer encourages consumers to participate and enjoy the benefits of the Promo. The Organizer believes in responsible consumption of their products. The Organizer discourages purchasing more product than what consumers can reasonably use or consume just to participate in this promotion.
A. ELIGIBILTY
An Entrant must meet all the following conditions of entry (“Entrant”):
1. This Promotion is open to Philippine residents aged 18 years old and above at the time of entry, who remain Philippine residents for the duration of the promotional period.
2. Any employee of the Organizer and Administrator, (or any of its group undertakings, distributors and its agencies who are directly connected with the creation and administration of this Promotion), and immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) are excluded from entering this Promo.
B. DURATION
1. Promotion Period: The Promotion Period begins on 12.01am (Philippine time) on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on January 31, 2026. (“Promotion Period”). Promotion Period is defined as the period when the Entrant can make qualifying purchases of the participating SKUs from participating eCommerce merchants.
2. Redemption Period: The Redemption Period begins on 12.01am (Philippine time) on August 1, 2025, and ends at 11:59pm (Philippine time) on February 28, 2026. (“Redemption Period”). Redemption Period is defined as the period when the Entrant can submit their Unique Code to claim their rewards voucher, when participating SKUs were purchased within promotional period.
C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
1. During the Promotional Period, visit any participating eCommerce sites

2. Within the Philippines and meet the minimum spend requirement of any of the participating Frito Lay promotional snacks. (“Qualifying Purchase”).
3. For every qualified purchase, during the Redemption Period, Entrants will receive a customer service chat from the e-commerce store they purchased from.. The Organizer will share their respective Sure Win Unique Participation Code (“Unique Participation Code”) and https://www.winwithfritolay.com/welcome (“Promotional Website”) for the claiming of Entrant’s reward. Entrants may expect to receive their Unique Participation Code via the customer service chat, between 7 – 10 business days for the overall turnaround time from order confirmation to receipt of Unique Participation Code.[ST3] [GV4]
4. Entrants should visit https://www.winwithfritolay.com/welcome where they are required to fill in their details on the Participation Form (“Participation Form”) by entering the following information:

5. Upon participation form submission, Entrants will immediately receive a confirmation of their entry submission via email (“Participation Confirmation Email”) with a unique claim link.
6. To select a reward, Entrants must click on the unique claim link found on the Participation Confirmation Email which will lead them to the rewards listing page on the Promotional Website.
7. Entrants may take part in the promotion more than once if Entrant have spend minimum PHP349 for Tier 1 rewards or PHP549 for Tier 2 rewards respectively. If participant have purchased multiple Frito Lay snacks and has met the minimum spend requirement more than once, are required to submit each unique participation code separately.
8. Entrants may claim prizes with the respective partners/ merchants until February 28, 2026. Refer to Schedule 1 for list of rewards.

D. HOW TO CLAIM INSTANT WIN REWARDS
11. Upon selecting the reward, the Entrant must follow the prompts on the Promotional website and click “Claim” to receive the reward redemption details.
- The details that the Entrant will receive via email will contain the following details: prize name, prize voucher code (where applicable), prize validity, steps on how to redeem the prize, customer service details (“Claim Confirmation Email”).
- The rewards available for Entrants to choose from will depend on their Qualifying Purchase:

2. Claims will be deemed to be received only when acknowledged by the Administrator. The Organizer and Administrator are not liable for any problems with communication networks including but not limited to email blockage, incoming call rejections. If an Entrant enters using automatically generated entries or multiple phone numbers/email addresses/addresses/aliases, they may be disqualified.
3. All instant win rewards are tax-free, non-transferrable, exchangeable, and non-convertible to cash. The picture of prizes depicted on the press ads/posters/digital materials etc. are only representative.
4. Each of the instant win rewards will be bound by the Promotional Partner’s terms and conditions.
14. OTHER GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Entrants will be required to keep the online receipt as proof of purchase wherein the case of an issue, Administrator will require it for verification purposes.
2. Participating Products may not always be available for sale in all participating outlets during the Promotion Period. The Organizer accepts no responsibility for any participating products being unavailable at the participating outlets during the Promotion Period.
3. The organizer reserves the right to include new promotional packs as part of the participating SKUs at any point of the campaign.
4. Rewards are subject to availability and are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. If a reward is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter or Administrator reserves the right to substitute the reward for a reward of equal value and/or specification, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
5. Without limiting any other terms of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified or will be forfeited with no replacement. The reward values are correct as of the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Organizer and Administrator is not responsible for any change in reward value.
6. In the event the Promotion is unable to proceed as set out in these Terms and Conditions, the Organizer and Administrator reserve the right to vary these Terms and Conditions, subject to any written approval from the relevant regulatory authorities.
7. The Administrator is not responsible for any tax implications arising from an Entrant winning a prize. Entrants should seek independent financial advice.

15. LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
